I almost stepped on this snake today while I was walking in the woods with my sister and a friend of ours. I got this picture of it before it went away. Not bad, eh?
There were no close calls with this spider. It was kinda off to the side of the trail.
I’m developing an affinity for photographing dangerous creatures, but it’s not like I’m seeking them out. I just try to take pictures of unusual birds, cool cloud formations, and sunsets. But when you see something like this spider or this snake, you just have to take the opportunity to capture its image.
